A photo activation can be a playful moment, a way to create branded content or a reason for someone to spend more time with your brand. The strongest starting point is a clear purpose. You do not need to arrive with the technical solution already worked out.

Start with the action you want to encourage

Is the priority creating content, collecting marketing sign-ups, gathering survey responses or giving guests a memorable takeaway? Choose a primary objective. That gives us something concrete to design around, from the first screen to the final output.

Describe the audience and the setting

A shopper passing a retail installation has a different amount of time from a guest at an evening event. Tell us who will be there, how they arrive and what else competes for their attention. Include the available space, access restrictions, opening hours and likely busy periods.

Bring the idea; we will work through the format

You might picture a lenticular print, a short video or a personalised trading card. We can recommend the output, booth format and on-screen flow together. A ready-to-brand booth can be the right starting point; other briefs call for a more custom installation.

At The Proper Booth, that work continues into programming the experience in our software, applying the branding and preparing the activation for operation. Staffing can be included where it is needed.

Agree what success will look like

Define the measures before the event. Captures, completed registrations, marketing opt-ins and survey responses tell different parts of the story. Agreeing them early helps us build the right steps into the guest flow and plan a useful post-event report.

Send us your idea, audience, location, dates and budget range. We can help turn those starting points into an experience that works in the space.
