APM, Association for Project Management
Write it on the glass. Say it on camera.
For the Women in Project Management Conference we ran a scribble booth all day. Guests answered a question by writing on glass while the camera filmed through it, then scanned a code to take the video home.

IN NUMBERS
THE EXPERIENCE
A different question for every part of the day.
We loaded sets of questions for the morning, the afternoon and the close, and the booth picked one at random for each guest. 'One word to describe the conference.' 'What has inspired you today?' 'What advice would you give to women starting their project career?' One tap to start, fifteen seconds to write, no queue of instructions.

Answers, in their own handwriting.

THE OUTPUT
Short videos made for sharing.
Each guest got a vertical video with the APM branded question at the top and their handwritten answer across the frame. A scan from the share screen sent it straight to their phone through a branded gallery, ready to post and tag APM. Together the answers became a library of real voices from the day for APM's own channels.
